No, it is simply not possible.
Even the fastest typists for sprint - Sean WRONA & Guilherme SANDRINI - they almost never reach the speed of 1500 CPM (1500 characters per minute), i.e. 25 characters per second, even on mastered & repeated short texts.
So, 25 characters per second is the speed that world-class typists achieve when they completely master a specific short text.
Therefore, typing 56 characters in one second is definitely not possible. In two seconds, it is... but it means that the person is one of the best typists of the world
The conclusion is that Skype's timestamps aren't that reliable, maybe for lag reason, or something else.
